Coaching Soccer in Beaumont

Vulnerable Sector Check

Everyone that volunteers to be a coach must submit to a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) in order to ensure that the children in our program are safe and in the care of a trusted individuals. Also current coaches along with Team Managers have to provide an updated VSC every two years. These VSC are conducted at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Detachment here in Beaumont.

An originally signed letter from the Beaumont Soccer Association stating that you are volunteering with us must be picked up from our Administrator and brought with you to the RCMP when you go to have your security check done. Our RCMP detachment will not charge you for this security check but if you are charged then the Beaumont Soccer Association will reimburse you as long as you have a receipt. You will either get a form or a letter from your RCMP detachment stating you are cleared; this will need to be submitted to the Beaumont Soccer Association.

We also require a photocopy of two pieces of photo ID to keep on file.
