EMSA has created a quick reference guide that all referees and linespersons that are officiating games in the EMSA City Wide League (U13 – U19 Community & U9 – U19 Club) need to have a thorough understanding of it.

Hopefully this will help you as a referee with your duties and assist with keeping consistency between all Zones when officiating games.

Referees must also be aware that EMSA has changed the amount of game time that a game must be played in order to be considered complete.  It is no longer 75%.  It is now 2/3’s.
